Wan 3.0 Pricing Calculator
Estimate Wan 3.0 Standard API cost using the current Alibaba Cloud Model Studio International/Singapore rates. The calculator includes generated output duration and optional reference-video input duration.
This page explains provider API pricing, not Ikat Credits. Other Alibaba Cloud regions can have different rates, and final billing is always subject to the current provider console and bill.
Wan 3.0 Standard price per second
Alibaba Cloud's Wan 3.0 release page publishes the following International/Singapore Standard rates. The launch-offer column is shown as a dated offer rather than a permanent price.
| Resolution | List rate | Launch offer | Offer end |
|---|---|---|---|
| 480P | $0.05/sec | $0.035/sec | September 24, 2026, 00:00 (UTC+8) |
| 720P | $0.10/sec | $0.07/sec | September 24, 2026, 00:00 (UTC+8) |
| 1080P | $0.20/sec | $0.14/sec | September 24, 2026, 00:00 (UTC+8) |
Common Wan 3.0 output costs
These examples assume no reference-video input, so billable duration equals generated output duration. The table uses the currently active launch-offer rate.
| Resolution | 5s | 10s | 20s | 30s |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 480P | $0.175 | $0.35 | $0.70 | $1.05 |
| 720P | $0.35 | $0.70 | $1.40 | $2.10 |
| 1080P | $0.70 | $1.40 | $2.80 | $4.20 |
How Wan 3.0 billing works
The per-second rate depends on 480P, 720P or 1080P output.
Official pricing states: input video duration + successfully generated output duration.
Multiply billable seconds by the applicable Standard rate. Failed requests are not billed under the current pricing rule.
Standard vs Prime pricing
This calculator intentionally covers wan3.0-video Standard only. wan3.0-video-prime is a faster-inference option with separate regional rates, so collapsing Prime into a single global number would be misleading.
Wan 3.0 pricing FAQ
How much does Wan 3.0 cost per second?
For Alibaba Cloud Model Studio International/Singapore, the current Wan 3.0 Standard list rates are $0.05/sec at 480P, $0.10/sec at 720P and $0.20/sec at 1080P. A published 30% launch offer lowers those rates through September 24, 2026 at 00:00 UTC+8, subject to the provider console and bill.
How is Wan 3.0 billable duration calculated?
Alibaba Cloud's current Wan 3.0 pricing rule states: billable duration equals input video duration plus output video duration. If a workflow has no reference-video input, billable seconds are simply the successfully generated output duration.
Are failed Wan 3.0 requests billed?
Current Alibaba Cloud pricing documentation says failed requests are not billed and do not consume the applicable free quota.
Does a reference image add billable video seconds?
The current Wan 3.0 billing formula specifically adds input video duration and output video duration. This calculator therefore leaves input-video duration at zero for workflows that do not include reference video input.
Is Wan 3.0 Prime the same price as Standard?
No. wan3.0-video-prime has separate regional pricing. This calculator intentionally covers only Wan 3.0 Standard using the International/Singapore rates shown by Alibaba Cloud.
Is this Ikat pricing?
No. This page explains Alibaba Cloud Model Studio API pricing. Ikat uses its own Credits and product pricing, which is separate from the official provider API rates shown here.
Official pricing sources
Rates, billing rules and promotion dates were checked on August 28, 2026. Because pricing is time- and region-sensitive, use Alibaba Cloud's current console and bill as the final authority.
