WanVideoMaker is an independent information resource about Wan video models. We publish model guides, pricing references, tutorials, workflow notes, and carefully sourced updates for people researching or using the Wan video ecosystem.
WanVideoMaker is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Alibaba Group. Wan model and product names belong to their respective rights holders.
WanVideoMaker originally launched around the Wan 2.5 generation and previously experimented with direct AI video generation, user credits, and payment features.
That product layer is no longer the focus of this website. We have retired new video generation and purchasing on WanVideoMaker so the site can focus on what it does best: helping users understand Wan models and discover useful Wan workflows through search and reference content.
Some legacy account pages remain available so previous users can access historical account or transaction information. Those pages are not part of the public search experience.
We maintain pages that explain current and historical Wan model capabilities, supported workflows, duration and resolution options, and other specifications that can be verified from primary sources.
Start with our Wan 3.0 guide.
AI video pricing changes quickly. Our pricing pages distinguish official provider pricing from our own calculations or explanatory examples and include verification dates where appropriate.
See the current Wan 3.0 pricing reference.
Older Wan 2.5 tutorials remain available when they still have educational or search value. We label their historical context, remove outdated product promotions, and correct claims that are no longer supported.
Browse the WanVideoMaker blog.
When comparing Wan with other video models, we prefer reproducible tests and primary sources over unsupported "winner" claims. Useful comparisons should control variables such as prompt, source image, duration, resolution, access tier, and test date.
For users who want to create video with current Wan models, generation is available through Ikat, our separate multi-model AI video studio.
WanVideoMaker and Ikat serve different purposes:
Using Ikat is subject to Ikat's own product terms, privacy policy, pricing, and model availability.
We aim to keep WanVideoMaker useful by following a few rules:
